Steep hill with dangerous slippery surface for horses, 26th September
Difficult to ride down the hill as horses are slipping which could cause a nasty fall. The problem has been like this for at least 12 months.

Obstructive and dangerous parking, 15th September
Continued obstructive parking on public highway by residents and visitors to beechlea houses opposite the private drive of three dwellings, high trees, east allers and allendale, proving difficult and sometimes immpossible access. also forcing traffic onto the wrong side of the road- great potential for accident when exiting the drive as cannot see oncoming traffic, sometimes even double parking so large vehicles using public highway cannot get through

Tarmac road surface completely disappeared exposing stone sub layer, 18th September
My concern is that a length of road not just a pothole has completely lost its tarmac waterproof layer, exposing the original stone layer in about half the width of the lane.. Once water gets into that layer large potholes will quickly follow.
The length concerned starts soon after the entrances to Whitecleave House and Middle Whitecleave in the direction of Collards.

Blocked pie under road, 20th September
This problem has been reported before, the pipe carrying stream water under the road is half blocked, when we have heavy rain the pipe cannot take all the water causing it to go over the bank as it does it is breaking up the road . it was reported 23/01/2013. when it was reported the last time six workman turned up said "it is not our problem we'll pass it on" nothing has been heard of or done since. many thanks

Pipe half blocked, 23rd January
Pipe that carries water under the road ( I would think the pipe is 2ft. diameter ) is half blocked on the inlet end, when there is a lot of water about the water cannot get into pipe, then runs over the bank onto the road and breaking up the tarmac
