Public footpath obstructed, 20th June
Footpath cannot be used because adjacent hedging is completely over grown on the side opposite houses close to 47. Brambles hanging down, branches growing out. NDCC staff and local Cllr made aware by personal e mail.

Rubbish dumped / stored in communal lane, 17th May
This accumulation of 'stuff' has built up over many years. Old surf boards, assorted building materials and other dumped items left in communal lane area. Blocks access to several properties and shed-like buildings erected to store such rubbish on communal grounds.

The cycle path is being used by pedestrians which is dangerous. Originally the cycle path was green in colour and the pedestrian path grey. Now it has faded, so have the bike signs on path and signage sporadic,, 1st June
The Tarka Trail is very popular for dog walkers and cyclists.. Especially by Rock Park playground. Please paint bike signs on the path at regular intervals to show which is for bikes & which is for pedestrians.

This road has taken quite a beating. The holes seem to be growing by the day as well Road degradation at the school roundabout.

Quite a few potholes of differing depth and size along the first section of Ladies Mile as you enter Park, 11th September
First stretch of ladies Mile from New Rd towards Park Lane, littered with potholes, causes cycles to swerve (into path of traffic) but also cars stay to one side of them thus approaching bends on blind side of on-coming vehicles.

Tree debris all over pavement area., 14th April
Entire pavement is covered in conifer debris from high winds and bad weather over Newport. Looks unsightly on the pavement on landkey road and also leading into Woodford gardens. Street sweeper needs to deployed to clean the sidewalk.

Discarded sink basin, smashed up into small and dangerous pieces, 6th September
The sink has been left on public parkland and has been smashed up. The broken pieces are a danger to passing pedestrians, children and animals. It is located between lamp posts 5 and 6 on the footpath beside the stream, behind the wooden seat.

Seems to be an issue with parking in the car park less than 10 yards away. If the council wants people to park for free, they should issue parking permits. Otherwise the cars are a hazard and free parking is a taxable benefit in kind.
