Bus stop flags missing after lampposts renewed, 3rd April
Two bus stop flags in Mount Pleasant, Bishop's Tawton, were removed when the lampposts were changed a few weeks ago,and not replaced. There may be others missing in Bishop's Tawton. Not sure who should provide replacements -- Stagecoach, ND Council or Devon CC?

Spring water running on surface of road, 1st March
There is a spring that flows out of a hedge further up the lane by Ashleigh Barton, the spring then runs down the road and past the entrance to our house. We have found that on the days that we have had frosts the water has frozen and been very slippery. We have found that the wheels on our car will spin on the ice making it dangerous for us entering or exiting our driveway. Our entrance is on the main route to the local school and on a blind bend and I'm very concerned that if a car were to come round the corner they could hit the ice and spin out of control. As this is an issue on the highways I believe this is a serious potential health and safety issue. As you have a duty of care to ensure the highways are safe I hope that the water could be routed in a safer manner for example under the road.

A large pothole in the road outside the crematorium, 19th January
There is a large pothole in the road outside a busy crematorium- I drove in it and have damaged the tracking on my car, despite the fact that I was travelling very slowly. This is a busy stretch of the road, due to the Crematorium being in use and the new housing developments nearby.

Blocked drains, 13th January
Blocked drains in Sanders Lane constant stream running down Sanders Lane. If it freezes it will turn into a ice rink. This is on a bus route, would be grateful if you could sort it. Many thanks

Damaged Tarmac, 23rd July
There is a small section of damaged Tarmac outside my house ( The Workshop) on the end of Easter Street. It was caused by a large vehicle trying to get down the narrow lane

A377 school patrol light continuously flashing at Bishop's Tawton, 10th November
On the A377 from Barnstaple to Exeter, the pair of school patrol warning flashing lights near Bishop's Tawton Primary School are continuously flashing, enforcing an unnecessary 20 m.p.h. speed limit even when children are not entering or leaving school. Please repair.

Danger to public, 29th April
Excess gravel washed down by heavy rain on sharp corner presenting skid risk to vehicles and cyclists. Gravel is result of resurfacing road some months ago.

Street light not working, 24th February
We reported this a couple of weeks ago. light still not working. It is the light situated on the boundary between No.8 and No.9 Park villas, Bihops Tawton, EX32 0EL. The area is very dark and there are elderley and vulnerable people in the vicinity.

This drain is still blocked, we still get a stream running down the road,i have to walk through it to get to my house when it rains. Could you please check them on a regular basis as this is a high flood risk area. Many Thanks.
