Road defect/breaking up, 29th July
At the junction of Combrew Lane with the B3233 and the lane leading to Muddlebridge Cottages the road surface is broken up over a distance of about 50 yds. Reported to DCC but using the A3125 as the main road number.

Heavy mud on the road caused by lorries coming from the building sight, 2nd March
B3233 is coverd in mud from the building sight in bickington . my house and car's in the driveway are brown with the mud on the road for the last 3 day's somthing needs to be done .The builders should be made to cean it up asap .

Overflowing bins on pavement, 13th July
At the back of 26 Aspen Grove (this has been reported before on a number of occasions) the occupants of 26 have decided to leave their black bins (along with No. 21) on the pavement and also 26 has decided to leave all their recycling on the pavement as well. This morning (bin collection not until Wednesday 15th) and all the bin bags have been ripped apart by magpies and seagulls and the recylcing is invariably all over the pavement and road. Both of these houses have back gardens where their bins can be kept until such time as they are collected. An urgent response to this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Drain cover loose, 21st May
The drain cover is loose and every vehicle hovers over it, the noise is so loaud and wake up us at night also does not allowormal functioning at dau time because is too laud

B3233 heading towards Bideford at yelland ( just past midway motors) huge dangerous pothole approx 12" diameter on a corner, 9th December
Pothole is getting bigger and has been in this dangerous position for approx 3 weeks

Car dumped in dangerous place, 17th October
A grey Vauxhall zafira has been left dumped on the corner and is causing a lot of problems. It has reduced the visibility etc and there have been several near accidents because of it. There is a note on the windscreen saying it is broken down but it's been there 2 weeks now.

Raised kerb stone on edge of road/pavement, 9th April
There is a raised kerb stone on edge of road/pavement by the parking bays by No. 21/25 parking bay. The kerb stone is lifted and moving if driven or walked on. I would say it is probably up by over an 1 inch. Could this please be fixed as soon as possible to avoid damage to cars and injury to people. I have been told this is not maintained by Devon County Council. Thank you.

Pot holes in road damaged my car, 20th March
Drove along road last night and a Loud bang come from my car as I was going over speed bump. Pulled over to see a great big hole underneath car to a pipe .

15" pothole deep, 10th April
I can't use exact location but pot hole is on the old bideford road and is large enough for a tyre to go down and cause massive damage to my steering (Old bideford road stretches for around 4-5 miles and has no distinctive points really for reference )

Bins are permanently left on the pavement sometimes overflowing to the back of no 26 but not their bins They have a garden and room at the front of their property if the debris of pallets was removed.

Fly tipping, 24th June
Someone has dumped 2 large cushions here and a piece of wood it is quite minor fly tipping but it need to be removed as it counts as fly tipping.

Blocked surface water drain., 30th March
Blocked drain. Water flows down from the woodland, into an underground pipe but comes back out of drain as outlet appears blocked.

Rear of 26 Aspen Grove, Fremington, 18th January
Overflowing bins on the pavement instead of using the bin store provided. Cats are known to be getting a free meal from these bins as the bags are all ripped open. The next thing will be rats. This is just pure laziness on the people who live in this property. It is disgusting and an eyesore to all who walk their dogs up there. This has been reported before and was better for a few months but things have slipped again. Surely another bin would help instead of having it spewing all over the pavements. This needs to be sorted once and for all.
