Footpath overgrown and continous dog fowling, 11th June
This footpath is regularly used by children and dog walkers. It is continuously overgrown and narrowing at head height to the point where you have to 'duck down' to be able to walk along it.
Dog fowling is also a constant issue. Having to clean your childs bike down because of the mess picked up by the tyres is particularly unpleasant.

Drain here not working .. Also still have problems with water rising from the B.T. trench and causing flooding ., 14th February
The water is running down the hill and because vehicles are driving into the mud / gravel near this open ditch type drain they are pushing the gravel into the ditch , causing this to block and letting the water flow back across the road . The ditch ought to be deeper and have a concrete Chanel to stop this happening . Also further down the hill towards Crackington the drains and inlets are blocked . Yesterday I went along this road (with a shovel) and cleared some gulleys but needs the council to do this ..Properties further down the hill towards Crackington have been flooded because of the blocked drains up the hill .
