Manhole collapsing on highway again, 24th November
The road surface is breaking up around this manhole cover, due to heavy goods vehicles it is now moving each time a vehicle drives over it, it is also noisy when this happens. This has been gradually worsening over the last few months. It is on the highway of A3079 at EX21 5UF north side of carriageway.

Hedge still over grown, 17th August
Reported before and only two properties have cut their hedge so it's still bad to pull out from junction. Also the path is very narrow because of the hedge and the path being covered by vegetation making you have to walk close to traffic.

Very over grown hedge, 2nd July
The hedge at the entrance to Halwill Meadow is very overgrown. It's needs to be topped to take the higher branches off not just a trim to head height. In higher vehicles like my lorry when making delivery you have to be right out in the road to see anything. This is reported every year and has just a quick trim low down without the real problem of the higher branches being sorted.

Poor road surface, 2nd July
From here right through to the junction of the Holsworthy road the surface is very poor with several sunken parts causing a danger to all road users esp motorcycles and bicycles. Has been marked to be repaired months ago and the road was closed for several nights but they hardly done a thing. Left most of the marked repairs. What they managed in 3 or 4 nights could have been done in one.

Over grown hedge to west of Holywell Park (A3079), 24th June
This hedge, which runs westwards from Holywell Park along the A3079, is the property of DCC who are responsible for ensuring it is cut back twice a year. It has not been cut back for more than 18 months and is causing a visual obstruction.

Kids playing in road., 4th April
