Weeds and overgrown grass, 10th July
A lot of the kerb stones and kerbside are overgrown with weeds and other vegetation making the place look very untidy and unkept is there anything that can be done to tidy this up please?

3ft x 4ft and growing and loads more, 21st February
These potholes have now been a problem for more than 2 years, its only a single carriageway but now on some days more than 50 - 40 ton lorries a day are using it, its now nearly impossible for a car to pass with the holes getting bigger, the council / highways are getting reports nearly every day but doing nothing to rectify the problem look at my face book page Ken Bryan winkleigh .

Dangerous drain, 12th January
Drain excavated around at least 100mm deep and 200mm all around some time ago. marker cones and road works signs fattened so in the dark with traffic coming towards you you cannot see it.It would be lethel to a bike rider

Bus stop sign., 30th May
The bus stop sign for the daily 5B service has been been snapped of the post. It has been clipped by a lorry and needs replacing. I do not know who are responsible Stagecoach or DCC but i needs replacing as this is a heavily used bus service.

Lay by, 9th January
On the large lay by as you turn onto winkleigh air field of the A3124 on the junction in the grass there is a piece of board chucked in the grass verge and there is a lot of litter in the lay by to so it just needs a general clean. IT LOOKS VERY UNSIGHTLY.

There are at least 3 potholes located on a narrow stretch of road between Higher Puncherdon and Great Puncherdon. Two of these potholes are virtually opposite each other making it difficult to avoid them.

Multiple Potholes / half way down Coopers Hill EX19 8JF, 20th April
The potholes are located at the base of the high stone wall half way down Coppers Hills. These have been getting worse over the last 4 years, the problem I have now is that my builder thinks that the water entering the potholes is saturating the ground and is affecting the under-pinning of my garden wall (this is a 6/7 foot high wall), the wall has come away from its side wall (by car port) and is about to be braced back into position also the rendering on the wall has a crack from top to bottom. If these potholes could be dug up and replaced as soon as possible (if possible a whole new strip of tarmac instead of filling the holes, as the camber of the road means that all the surface water is directed to my wall, if the wall dose gives way I will have to pay £1000. excess on my insurance and the road could be closed for some time. I did report this back on 29th Sept 2014 but only the bottom of the hill was sorted. My builder would like the potholes sorted before we start to brace the wall back. Recycling vehicle causing litter problem., 12th April
Whilst following the recycling vehicle yesterday I was surprised at how much cardboard was blowing out of the two large full dumpy bags on the rear of the vehicle onto the highway. Some of the cardboard pieces were quite large and the road was a real eyesore after they had passed by. Ironically the street sweeper will now be clearing the cardboard waste in an otherwise clean road.These bags are not fixed at the top and cardboard waste causes a real litter hazard. The recyclers do a great job and I'm sure they are unaware of the problem as they cannot see the rear of the lorry, but I would suggest a cover at the top of the sacks would solve the problem and keep the village roads tidier. Thank you.

Recycling not being collected, 15th February
Dear Sirs I leave our recycling out every week - however some weeks it is not collected when others are. I think they sometimes just don't see it. It is left at the end of the drive at the far end of the Close by the amenity area. Can you ask the recycling team to ensure it is collected on their rounds please. Thank you.

Pot holes and road edge / coopers hill, winkleigh, devon, 29th September
Several Pots holes at bottom of hill, and pot holes along the edge of road going around the corner at the bottom of the high stone wall (where weeds are growing). Being getting worse since the wet weather at the beginning of 2014. Several people have twisted ankles when getting out of the way of traffic.
