Sign written van parking illegally, 23rd February
Laws of the estate when we moved in, one was no sign written vans. One has been parking on the road outside several houses for a long time now. Sometimes parked in the drive. Vet sign written van. Parking standards have been very abd an has be left blocking several peoples driveways multiple times

Large pothole, 20th January
Another large pothole has appeared outside our house, This was resurfaced only a couple of months ago, but, the road has crumbled away again. The large vehicles are hitting the pothole is this is making our house vibrate. Damage is being done to the front windows as the broken parts of the road are flying up over the pavement and hitting our property.

Large lumps of Tarmac in road surface, 6th February
Opposite the Zeal turning there are 2 large lumps of Tarmac in Road Surface These look as though they were raised by a skidding vehicle as they are tyre size and the width of a vehicle axel This is in the Exeter bound carageway on A377 The same problem is evident near the 30 mph sign for Copplestone They are a Hazard to cars and especially Motor Cycles ! and are enough to bring a rider off !! Would also cause a serious accident to a cyclist

Recent road works at Copplestone caused this quite lane to be used by a huge amount of traffic. This made the few potholes that were already there far worse. far worse, 8th April
Recent long term road works at Copplestone lead many drivers to look for short cuts and the traffic on this very quiet lane increased incredibly. Even lorries tried to negotiate the road and the potholes, that were already there, just got worse and worse. Residents of the lane knew where the holes were and we avoided them but the number of vans and lorries that used the road didn't seem to care and now the road is in a deadful state. One day, for example, I saw lorry tyre tracks run of the road into a small stream that runs along a part of the road. That stream used to be 12inches wide. Now is is almost double that!

Blocked Drain, 15th February
The drain just past the entrance to Sandford Ash Farm is blocked and has been so for years. This allows water to continually run from the fields past the drain, down the road causing the road surface to continually break up.

There are numerous potholes along whole length of the road from Gays Cross to Knathorne. As we have more rain and the drains are blocked so the situation steadily gets worse.

Traffic lights, 30th December
Since the resurfacing works the traffic light times are wrong. If coming into Copplestone from Bow the lights change very quickly, If you are waiting they take ages and seem to be on a timer not on the PIRs. Are the underroad sensors working?

Cones, 6th October
The verge was disturbed by a vehicle several weeks ago, you put cones and signs there but did no more! The signs have been destroyed but the cones remain. Someone with a shovel would clear it up in 10 minutes....

Broken street lights, 18th November
Several street lights broken a possible danger as there are lots of housing and it is difficult to park. I have filled in a form on Mid Devon Council's site but nothing has been done yet.
