Dangerous road surface, 4th January
The length of the A396 from the Exeter Inn roundabout to the Black Cat junction is literally crumbling away and forming huge holes in the road, after rainfall large puddles of standing water is forming across both carriageways. I have reported this numerous times over the past 6 months and nothing has been done. It is only a matter of time before there is a serious accident.

Vandals destroyed fencing on footpath between Scott`s and the Industrial Estate, Bampton., 4th February
Before Xmas part of the post and rail fencing on above path was torn down and thrown down the slope to the river by vandals. Two councillors put up tape and a cone in front of the damage to alert people as very steep slope there. This was also torn down and more damage has been done since. It is a real eyesore and the path is used by many residents in Scott`s as the main road is so dangerous to walk on. I am speaking for many residents on this estate who use this path regularly and some do not have access to a computer.
