One neighbour parks one, sometimes two cars in this cul-de-sac, rather than on their own drive or 100m down the road where there is ample parking for all. This causes two problems, firstly it is very hard to turn a car round in the cul-de-sac and secondly getting on and off the adjacent drives is also harder. Emergency services and deliveries are near on impossible

Bad parking on cul de sac, 10th May
Cars parked on pavement/road in cul de sac making it difficult to get out of driveways and for emergency services to get through if required. All cars belong to same household. Are there any laws to rectify this?

Blocked Lane, 4th November
This lane is blocked at the North entrance and a further 200m further down. The residents of East Timewell House which backs onto this lane have blocked this lane with all their garden cuttings and trees. The owner told me this, as she stated that the council wouldn't sell her the lane when she purchased the property.
