Offensive graffiti & "Banksy" style images in M5 subway, 11th August
10 large areas of graffiti images including one with the "f" word; not seen it this bad before. Needs to be cleaned off before more appears! Although there is a sign nearby which says "CCTV in operation" in actual fact there is no CCTV and people seem to know this is the case!

On the fencing that runs along the side of the motorway and Lloydmaunder road near to the subway , some slats have fallen off making it easy for kids to push through to the embankment.

Footpath is very slippy where leaves and debris have been trodden in, 13th January

Multiple large potholes Millennium Way, 6th May
Several large pothole on Millennium Way that require attention, particularly large pothole which is a foot wide close to the traffic island heading northbound towards Willand. The potholes have been there for several months. Please send a team to fill the potholes - thank you

Road on left hand side having turned off B3181 by Five Bridges Farm has a large area of the road that has eroded certainly there are 2 very dangerous parts here encroaching into the road making drivers drive round in an area where it is of poor visability already, 15th February
As said above this road area has broken down to such a poor degree that should one drive into these large areas which is very hard not to, car damage will occur and certainly damage to wheels and tyres. There is a further amount of damage to the left hand side of the road a further mile along the road towards Brithem Bottom where the road surface is so bad someone has put a 'Danger Cone' in the middle of the eroded road - desparately in need of work to re surface these parts of the road

Dangerous roundabout, 18th October
Approaching the roundabout from Cullompton on the B3181, the view of vehicles approaching from Millenium Way is obscured by the fence on the corner. Vehicles entering the roundabout from Millenium Way have right of way and therefore many do not slow down if there is no traffic coming from Willand direction.

Vehicles frequently obstructing turning areas and driveways., 14th May
Non-residents regularly parking in both turning areas and blocking access into and out of driveways. Has been a problem on and off for 6 months but now becoming unacceptably frequent.

Can not walk on pavement safely due to overgrown vegatation, 20th May
This is on going and getting worse You cannot walk continually on the pavement along here as the vegetation is so overgrown you have to walk into the road The photos attached are two weeks old and the growth has doubled
