Parking regularly on single white line and causing a noise issue, 29th January
This car parks almost daily on a no parking from 9am - 6pm restricted side of the road. Attention wouldn’t necessarily have been drawn to this if the owner didn’t sit for long periods with the engine running and then roar off with up or down the road. This is a pollution issue and becoming a noise issue along with an illegal parking issue.
