All four street lights in Causeway not working, 18th August
Last December the four lights stopped working, and though we reported on line, many times, nothing was done until April. But when Weston Power dug up the street to put in new cables to Starre House they stopped again!
It’s getting darker earlier now, and our elderly residents are at risk by the lack of proper lighting.

Footpath completely blocked!, 31st December
I have tried several times over the last year to get the path cleared by the Council, but have so far failed. I have contacted our Local Councillor but had no reply. This path is used by lots of people and connects with the Southwest Coast path. Also the road gutter is fill of debris and the verge is not visible. People walk on the grass which is now slippery and worn out.

Pothole on junction, 3rd May
Large pothole on a steep hill and at the mouth of a junction. Very dangerous.
Also the whole surface from the marked point, down to the junction with Townsend is very rough and worn!

Road constantly floods by pig fields!, 3rd January
The road constantly floods by the entrance to some pig fields after pretty much any amount of rain. Putting up signs warning of ice for weeks is not good enough!
For a while it has been one huge puddle which is just about passable, but there was another closer to Hangman's Stone junction this morning!

Mud running out of pig fields onto road surface!, 17th March
Thick mud is constantly running out of the gateway and onto the road making the surface very slippery. Also it is filling up the road side ditches making them ineffective.

Severe Subsidence & breaking up of the road due to extra traffic, 15th December
Severe subsidence of the road and the surface breaking up - large pieces of loose tarmac. Very dangerous as pulls your car into the hedge with drop below. Needs attention urgently.
