Rubbish flying out of vehicle, 1st September
Yesterday (31 August) I followed what I believe to be an East Devon Council dustbin lorry, registration VU66NPE, along the A3052 towards Sidford which was spewing rubbish out the back - mainly polystyrene. This is unacceptable. The rubbish should have been properly secured. Can the driver be reprimanded?
