Frequent dog fouling on road, footway, pavement, grassward, 18th September
Every day, approximately 30 dogs are walked along Moorlands (residential road) and through the footway to Beech Park. Many are allowed to foul the pavements and public grassward in front of Nos 11 & 12. Some are on illegal long leads and others are off-lead. East Devon District Council does nothing to enforce their own law but where the fouling is not picked up the Council will only pick it up. The Council does not employ dog wardens.
