This is a statutory noise complaint. Being woken up with cock-a-doodle-doing at 4:30 every morning. A annoyance during the day. Cockerels are not essential in the production of eggs from chickens. As soon as you come off the A10 southbound on the Turnford junction the street lights are out. It's really poor visibility there and I'm concerned an accident could occur there.
