This vehicle has been here for nearly a year, and looks dreadful., 10th April
Many in Stamford Close have complained, to no effect. Hertsmere are aware (see photo of note on windscreen), but no action seems to have been taken.

This has constantly been reported and not dealt with. the bags are not bio-degradable and has rubble in. been there many months. you closed the case last time siting the above (saying the bags were degradgable) and that it is dangerous to remove. However your own team must have visited the site to identify what was in them...why was the bags not removed then? Its still dumping.
