Aggrivated Dog fowling, 21st March
Yesterday while sitting in my car two persons approached the rear of my car , when I looked I could see a dog bearing down , they started to walk away when I said are you going to pick that up the person with the dog started into a tirade about how it was only a pee the dog had done and they don’t carry a mop etc etc and I’m an ..shole etc etc I think they got mad cause they’d been caught and called out , anyway cut a long story short I’m a disabled blue bade owner and had recently told the council about me having problems standing in dog faeces carrying it into the car etc well after the tirade yesterday I awoke to this on my car all over the Door Handles ,mirrors ,window wipers, it beggars belief why they’d stoop so low to do this to a disabled person!

Ongoing litter problem plaguing our community at 24 West Pilton Lea, 7th March

27 Feb 2024 - 9 to 10 pm - allegedly no delays to communal bin uplifts on council website but in Stockbridge EH4 there are seriously overflowing bins: Portgower Place overflowing communal landfill bins, lots of bags on ground; Raeburn Place (60 & 26?), various locations. seriously overflowing landfill bins; some new landfill bins have missing lids (see bins in front of 26 Raeburn Place).

Persistent Dog fouling at Disabled Bay, 14th February
Persistent Dog fouling Between parked cars especially at the Disabled Bay the person doing this Liv’s in the street only a few stairs along with a large type dog and doesn’t bother to pick it up as the dog leaves a (huge dump of faeces) and obviously can’t face lifting it , the best of it is there are two huge parks one either end of the street but the Poor Animal hardly see’s the light of day never mind get excercise, I’m just sick of seeing this all over Pitt street and it’s the same culprits and of course your stepping in it getting out of your cars at night and trying to avoid it when taking up the shopping from the car etc etc etc it’s a disgusting disgrace there are also a lot of Air bnb’s in the street and these people from all around the world see this, what they must think of Edinburgh it’s not good at all! We need wardens to fine these persistent offenders Asap! This has been going on for years that I know of I’ve lived here thirteen years!

Pavement blocked with bins after refuse collection, 15th February
This is a regular occurrence but the photos show the state the pavements were left in after last weeks bin collection. Bins are literally strewn all over the pavement leaving an impossible assault course to navigate for wheelchair users, visually impaired or blind, buggies or indeed anyone wanting to walk safely on the pavement.
