The road needs resurfacing as it is in an appalling state and has been now for more than 5 years. For a car, is is poor, but for a bicycle or motorcycle it is dangerous. It is about time some proper repairs were made to this road. I appreciate it is a residential street, but I cannot see how the condition of this road is acceptable.

Narrow lane from Cousland Cres Seafield to R. Almond blocked by bushes, 3rd August
One household at the end of Almond View Seafield is allowing their hedging to grow out into the lane unchecked. The lane is narrow anyway and this foliage has taken over a good distance of the lane. Pedestrians can barely get through: a wheelchair or a bike or a baby's pram would have no chance. This needs addressed immediately.

Deep pothole westbound just passed Seafield Community Centre, 8th May
This dangerous pothole is very deep and my son's car wheel just banged into it. It is deep enough to cause damage to a wheel and may cause motorcyclists or cyclists to crash or go over handlebars.

Road surface needs to be replaced., 13th January
A small area of the road was replaced in 2022. Not sure what the rational for the area selected was as the whole road is poor and has been for over 10 years. There are gaps in the centre of the road which are a hazard for two wheeled vehicles. This has been reported before but never properly addressed.
