Easthouses road could benefit with some 30mph signage, 31st March
When Easthouses Road was re-classified as a 30 zone, they removed the old 40 mph signs from the lamposts, but didn't replace them with 30's. Instead going for painted 30s on the road. As much as the painted 30 on the road should imply the speed limit is 30, often its ignored and the straight section of the road is used as a high-speed road (60+), especially by motorcyclists and those with modified vehicles speeding down the road to the junction at Lauder Road.
As much as a 30 sign might not stop the speeders on this road, it gives them little excuse if they're ever caught exceeding the residential speed limits.

Working van obstructing visibility crossing, 6th March
Somebody in my local area keeps parking a large working van just before a pedestrian crossing and road narrowing, that makes it really dangerous to cross the road because you can't see who's coming. It's been like that for years and you can even see it from google maps! I am not even sure people can leave working van parked like that...
