Street light, 10th December
The street light on the corner of york hill road leading to 35/33 Wolsey Road Spennymoor DL16 6SP the street light is next to the road grit bin and close to the royal mail safe box for postman the street light is on when it should be off and off when it should be on so its on when its daylight then off when its Dark

No right turn = pointless, 30th June
A new road entrance has just been added to york hill road for access to the industrial estate. This has been signed a no right turn when coming from Tudhoe heading towards the A167. This is completely pointless and no one takes any notice. Every morning without fail I see someone turning here ignoring the signs, you might as well just remove them.

Hole in footpath, 25th February
Outside number 25 there is a public parking bay. Next to this (were workman were last year) there is a sinkhole appearing in the path which could be dangerous to pedestrians.

2 pot holes have appeared right in the middle of the road in Meadow green where indicated on the map.

Grass verge getting destroyed, 25th February
The road is not wide enough for the HGV's and large vans that use this road on a regular basis. If you look at the verge on the south east side on the map (entering york hill road from the A167) you will see where they have to drive in the verge in order to get past. They clearly cant fit within the white lines.
(dont know how you expect the new fire trucks to get down here).
