Unable to walk on the footpath due to overgrown trees/shrubbery, prior to bridge over Wapping burn, 25th September
It is impossible to keep to the footpath prior to the Wapping burn bridge as yo travel North to South due to how much the busses have grown, now all the grass verge is wearing away and becoming extremely slippery mud due to the bad weather. This needs to be addressed before somebody slips and injures themselves.

Road closure not registered., 10th June
Shotton Lane, is featured on Google Street View, with two obstructions fixed to the road, possible installed by the Council. However the change from being a public highway, to a walking lane, is not recorded or listed with Ordnance Survey (OS) maps, a government agency, as there maps still show this as a road for vehicles, and no restricted access.
Unsure if these obstructions are legal, or the change in road has been correctly registered from highway to path? Confirmation would be great on;
1. When obstructions installed. 2. Why not updated on OS maps. 3. If changed, when done, who by, what reason, where was this done, why done. 4. Why road signs and markings still installed, if not a highway. 5. There is however a no through road for vehicles (Highways code) sign, with an information sign indicating except cycles, this would indicate, walking along it, or riding a horse along it, is prohibited.

Illegal Gypsy camp AGAIN, 2nd April
As per report 21:37, Tuesday 28 February 2012 As stated in the above report, the gypsies are starting to set up camp agin at the entrance to the South West Industrial Estate on Bracken Hill Business Park. I said in the last report that this would happen as they know offices are closed due to the Bank Holiday and it therefore takes longer for any eviction order to be served. They also tyend to congregate and block the roads of Easington on a Bank Holiday Monday with their horse and traps. As its only 4 weeks since they moved on can an eviction order by served ASAP. The residents who’s back door they are camped outside of must be sick of this and the mess they leave and constantly having them turn up. If the coumcil could serve an eviction ordered as quick as they can supply toilets for these people, they’d be moved in days rather than weeks.
