Graffiti, 6th June
Graffiti in Easington lane is disgusting and it keeps reappearing on sides of shops and any blank wall, this is an eyesore, and the council just lets it go unchecked, why can’t they stop it happening, it’s looking like a slum, houses and some shops are badly in need of repair, i.e painting, this country is getting really filthy

DANGER - No lights at all / speeding, 27th February
There is no lighting at all on the A182 and using the path late on (which i have to do for work at times is dangerous as the ground is uneven). Also on many an occasion you see cyclists using the road without lights or reflective wear, i realise this is not the councils fault but any street lighting at all would be benificial, the area id a blackspot for accidents and I feel lighting may help with some of this.
Also as cars come into south hetton from the A182 towards brydon creasent the are well above the speed limit and I regulary have to run across the road when walking the dog. I feel some deterent in the area would be wise, as you will know we have had a digital display with speeds of cars up there in the past.
Thank you for your time.

Dangerous litter from fly tipping / unlicenced motorcycles, 27th February
The whole of the woodland area is littered with dangerous waste, the main fly tipping has been cleaned but broken glass, crockery, sharp metals and countless plastics ect remain (my dog cut his paw following standing on a broken plate). This is a clear environmental hazard that is happening on a regular basis, would it be possible to gate all enterances to resrict vehicles from the area as no access prevents fly tipping and the national grid have access through a gate at Murton.
Also unlicenced motorcycles are in the area daily. Would it be possible to get barriers inplace that allow bicycle access but restrict motorcycles? this is inplace in other areas. I have used this area to walk my dog since January 2015 and the problems have been ongoing since then. From talking to local people using the area they stated the problems have been ongoing a lot longer.
Thank you for your time.

Ullswater Terrace, 4th August
The parking in the cul de sac is causing so many issues. There is no where for anyone to park, and the driveways with lowered curbs have great difficulties getting out of the already extremely narrow cul de sac with cars parked on each side of the exit. The housing group renting houses on the corners, should put driveways in for their residents before accidents happen. It has got so much worse over the last few years with more people having cars who reside there. There are also disabled people who live there who have to have ambulance transport, so not ideal.

Extremely deep pot holes in the road, 17th April
The whole road is in such a dangerous state now that it's getting hard to drive on, right from turning in you have to negotiate where you drive your car to avoid damaging it. There's a big dip that's becoming like a ledge what your car drops off as your drive down then there are deep holes all the way down. Residents of the street have repaired several holes a few times but the gravel/sand just wears away after a while. Please help.

Nusiance children!!, 29th October
Children keep playing with a football and are hitting cars, windows and other personal property of neighbors, they are cocky when asked to move and seem to start competitions as to who can push everyone to the limit the most. This has been a problem for many years now as they will move for a short period of time and then return and begin this annoying procedure again which makes residents feel trapped or closed in on their own homes. The attitude of children now is appalling and I feel that this sign might give back some authority to our neighborhood, as there are many vehicles on this street and nobody is able to stop them from using their drives as a football pitch. This is especially frustrating as there is a park two streets over where there is a pitch for playing football!!!! Everyone is fed up of having footballs launched off their homes and hoping that the windows aren't broken!

Dog waste, 15th June
At number 51 on the corner of the plot, dogs dirt has had to be picked up as it has been right underneath my bay window, which is at the corner of the pathway, leaving dog owners to allow their dogs to foul outside of the window, and leaving a disgusting smell around the outside of the house also. We have children, so they are now not allowed to play out the front due to the fowling. We have spoke politely to dog owners previously (quite a few!) to stop their dogs urinating, and now believe this may be revenge for us speaking to them, as they are now fowling instead!
