Litter now shredded by the decision to cut the grass!, 28th April
ALong the soundbound side, no litter clearance for ages and now the grass cutters have been and shredded it into thousands of pieces that look horrendous. Why cut the grass? Leave it and pick up the litter - these tiny fragments look horrendous, pollute the water courses and local rivers. I see no sense in actually shredding it at all!

Dip in road, 1st August
Following on from what look like "making good" works horizontally across the road at the location marked the repair appears to have dropped causing a dip - evidenced by a loud bang when driving over it.

Street lights off., 18th December
Since replacement of lamp posts the street lights have not been working. These lights are adjacent to bungalows and should be working for safety and security sake.

Street Lights not working, 2nd November
The street lights from the junction of the turn into Woodland View and up to the Rainton Gate junction are not working and haven't been for a few weeks. This is dangerous as you cant see where you are walking on the path and also it makes standing at the Sunderland bound bus stop rather intimidating of an evening as the shelter is in darkness.

Bus stop damage, 29th September
The bus shelter at Rainton Gate for Durham bound buses has been missing a front panel for over a year. When its windy and raining it blows into the shelter. This will be particularly noticeable as the winter months are approaching. I use this stop every morning to travel to work

Collapsed road around drain, 6th April
First reported 5th jan 2013. Not yet resolved. As can be seen from the photo the problem is getting progressively worse. Heavy vehicles mounting the pavement when passing also damaging the pavement and vibration causing damage to retaining wall.

Poy holes in road, 10th March
There are several potholes in the road on Dinsdale Drive; they are becoming more hazardous and dangerous as well as becoming a problem to cars travelling over them. It would be appreciated if they were fixed sooner rather than later.

Flytipping - High Moorsley, 23rd August
There are building materials which have been left next to the style which leads off the road. They are and have been leaking into the ground and area. Horses in the area. Been there for a while now.
