Where the footpath goes from the field there is a two strand barbed wire fence, which has been trodden down so is loose. Nearer the road there is a two bar wooden fence which is difficult to get over or through. If this footpath has been diverted then a style is needed. There are two horses where the footpath should cross, so I assume the farmer has put the barbed wire to stop them getting out.

Potholes, 19th February
About 25metres pas 30 sign going towards Leigh there is a water/drainage trench across the road which is covered with tarmac. There is a large hole in the tarmac and the tarmac is badly broken up. The next 2 trenches across the road, a few metres further on, are exactly the same. It is difficult to drive along this stretch without one or two wheels "bottoming out" on the suspension.

Brand New Tarmac (few weeks) is starting to lift/crumble in a 1 foot circle area.

Road surface, 25th November
On this sharp blind bend the surface has completely broken up into the middle of the road all the way round the bend. To try to avoid the deep holes you would endanger yourself by putting yourself directly in line of vehicles coming the other way round the blind bend.
