Road surface missing around manhole cover, 9th March
The roundabout where the north end of Charles Street meets Acland Road has a manhole cover within the roundabout area. The road surface is missing around it on at least one corner. This makes for a very hard edge.

3 large potholes in middle of corner by Mole Valley, 4th March
3 large potholes in middle of road outside Mole Valley on the corner, growing bigger with all the diverted traffic from The Grove road words being shut. Unable to avoid with on coming traffic, have to give way to avoid. 2 are deep down to gravel/ pebbles all tarmac gone, 3rd is smaller.

One overhead cable has detached, 2nd March
A long overhead cable has detached one end and is currently coiled up and tucked behind a drain pipe of 34 Glyde Path Road. Unsure of how long it has been like that.

Permission sought to remove tree., 28th February
Working on behalf of SGN, i have a gas pressure governor to replace in April 2024 at the rear of 11 Buckingham Way, Dorchester. There is a small tree right on top of where i need to make a connection to the gas network. Can i remove this tree please? I won't need to go near the A35, but have been informed by Dorset Highways that the tree belongs to National Higways. Permission sought to allow me to remove tree to enable gas governor replacement works. Rich Lutman

Dead over hanging trees & fly tipping, 28th December
The tree canopy that is alive behind out homes needs trimming because of satellite signal issues, the dead trees need removing that are directly behind our homes because they’re very untidy & encroaching into our gardens, & thirdly there has been lots of fly tipping over the years which is disgusting from previous tenants directly behind the fencing and sheds.
