Traffic light sequence timing., 14th December
It seems like the vehicle detector on the side from Blandford to Stourpaine/Durweston is faulty as the timing for light change from that side has recently been extraordinarily long. It used to be quite snappy, but for the last 2 weeks each phase lasts around 90 seconds.

Traffic light timing extreamly dangerous, 19th April
Whilst cycling today from Durweston to Blandford I was travelling on the A357 East. I stopped at the bridge junction with the A350 on the red light. The light turned green and I proceeded across the bridge and turned right onto the A350. Before I completed my turn the traffic travelling North on the A350 accelerated toward me as their lights had turned green. The third car occupant shouted abuse at me presumably as he thought I had jumped my light! This was an extreamly dangerous near miss. I am a fast cyclist and was traveling at approximately 15 kph through the junction, an older slower cyclist would require far more time. The lights must be re sequenced immediately to prevent accidents.
