An erruption of the road next to a drain cover, 6th July
The road has again erupted next to a manhole/dran cover. This was only repaired last week - week commencing 29th June 2020! The repair has failed and not only is there a danger for cyclists, I am not sure of the impact below ground where there could be an impact on the water main/drain.

Very large eruption from the road next to the manhole, 23rd June
Loos like a large eruption in the road by the manhole. It has been sprayed in white and a cone placed nearby. I report as it is not on you map though I know it is known to the water board. In a dangerous position and if a cyclist cannot go round the obstruction there could be a very bad accident - needs fixing urgently

Large pothole - 50 cm by 100cm, 23rd June
Large pothole after last house on right down the hill. Looks as though this is caused by water seeping up into the road or from the nearby manhole. Much of the way down Marsh Lane is a deep cut into the tarmac getting worse week by week. Needs urgent attention before a cyclist is badly injured.

The 30 mph sign entering the village LHS from Sturminster Newton is broken. The pole has rotted/rusted through and is no longer standing. This is the initial 30mph sign entering the village so is key to calming the traffic.

Large - 80 cm by 20 cm and 8 cm deep, 8th March
A large pothole on the road from war memorial to school, approximately 40 mtrs before the entrance to the Old Rectory. Very significant given the school traffic and it is in the middle of the narrow road so almost impossible to miss.

Significant pothole very near ones mended 2 weeks ago, 28th February
Deep pothole near the entrance to entrance to garage blocks of Lydenvale and opposite deerlands. This is a significant pothole on the left hand side as you proceed to Wonston from Partway and is now a hazard for cars and cyclists.

There are two long deep potholes on Frizzel's Hill 2/3 of the way up on the left hand side as you travel towards Sturminster Newton. These have got worse over the past week or so and now represent a significant hazard for cars and especially two wheeled vehicles

Huge puddles across whole road after every downpour of rain, 2nd April
Every time we have rain these two enormous puddles appear right across the road. There is a drain in the middle of each but clearly there is something amiss as the water can take 3-4 days to disappear. This is a significant hazard for cyclists and pedestrians - no foot path in village and needs to be fixed.

30 cm square pothole, 20th December
A large 30cm square and deep - 8cm pothole on the left hand side as you travel from Wonston to Park Gate on Marsh Lane hill. This is now getting to the point were cars will be significantly damaged, especially at night, and or a cyclist will come to grief.
