Tree root causing trip hazard, 25th April
Road that leads up to the library car park in Belper. Tree adjacent to the marked footpath has a root that is growing up through the pavement . I witnessed an elderly person trip over it.

Just before 121overlane openwoodgate coming from Heage, 10th March
There have been 3 or 4 large holes in the road on Overlane, just before 121 coming from Heage, often a car is parked making me drive straight into these holes, not doing my tyres much good at all, looks like some roadworks have been done and the holes not filled in .

Broken glass bottles, 12th February
Broken glass bottles really bad. Happens regularly now on recycling bin collection dates. Guessing kids but it's currently really bad. Can it be sorted please and a sign to warn parents and dog walkers. Someone will get hurt !!@

Caravan left on junction, 5th November
Caravan parked illegally on a junction near Howitt School.....near accident when I came home as cars have to approach on wrong side of road, also its a caravan with no tax or insurance this as no rights to be parked on a road surely ? if everyone did this it would be absolutely scandalous

Loads of litter ., 18th September

Pavement blocked by hedge at top of Laund Hill, 14th July
The pavement is unusable due to the hedge. Cars have little time to see pedestrians who are forced to step into the road. This is a problem most years but this year is the worse. The pavement is very narrow and the hedge should be trimmed right back and kept that way for the safety of people using the pavement.

Constant evening parking block pavement, 13th July
A variety of people are using the pavement for parking blocking it completely. I have seen this cause a problem for a Mum with a pram and am aware of a partially sighted person who has been struggling and now does not use that road.
