Please come and ticket daily between the times of 3 pm and 3.30 pm. People park on double yellows, on restricted single yellows, on the pavements and over peoples drives. It is getting out of hand. An ambulance struggled to get through because of the inconsiderate parking.

Speed Limit, 1st February
This road should be no more than 30 mph. A car almost went head on into me as they were going too fast. Lucky I as going slow. If I were doing the same speed as they were, there would have been a head on collision.

Permits for Residents, 1st February
Please can this road be made permit only for local residents. If we have visitors on the weekend, they can’t park anywhere. People also park very disrespectful and too close to peoples drives obstructing access for residents. Something needs to be done as it’s out of control.

Manhole cover outside Wheatsheaf pub, 22nd September
Very loose and noisy manhole cover outside the wheatsheaf pub in Baslow. The cover is in direct line with wheels on a very busy road so makes a very loud noise every time a car goes over it.

New Lighting Request, 17th September
When funding becomes available it would be nice for some new street lighting columns with the LED lighting to a placed on Church Lane at Baslow where the two major bus stops are.
The current Streetlighting is of the old orange light variety, and is very poor lighting up the areas around the bus stops.

Parking at end of junction the hillock and chapel walk., 25th August
I have lived hear for 6 months now and its very dangerous coming from Chapel Walk onto the hillock Curbar. People here are pensioners on Chapel Walk. coming up from Chapel Walk onto The Hillock is blind on the left and partially blind on the right and edging out cars come speeding both ways on The Hillock. The person who parks on the Junction has a blue box van on left of junction and has a blue peugot car and a dark blue sports car parked on the right of the junction. Chapel Walk is on a hill and winter time will be a real problem coming onto The Hillock.
