HGVs flying down this road far too fast causing a hazard to other vehicles, 14th June
Speed control is needed on this road as it is dangeous - there are many HGVs using it continuously and driving far too fast for the windy, narrow nature of the road. One hurtled round the corner towards me when I was towing my caravan up it and I had to veer up onto the pavement to avoid it. 2 days later 2 friends of mine's car got hit and written off, nearly killing them by an HGV on the same road - the police attending the scene commented that the visibility was poor as the road is windy. This road is dangerous due to the volume of HGVs using it and needs a lower speed limit (it is 50 for much of the way which is far too high) plus speed cameras.
