Lack of swept roads, 4th January
Morlich drive in sinfin has never been cleaned and is full of mulch from leaves that were never swept away and tree debris from the high winds. The roads been in this state since October and when it was resurfaced the road was left worse so it now holds water when it rains and floods gardens. When the temperature drops below freezing the water and mulch freezes into black ice and the street is just dangerous for pedestrians and drivers. Footpaths are the same the last bad rain we had I had to sweep the drains as the debris on the road was just causing a dam and blocking them up.
