Rubbish being spread around the street, 29th April
A house is being cleared - not sure who by. Rubbish is being left outside the house at the top of the drive. Unwanted items such as crockery, tv units, toys, beds, DVDs etc. These are then being moved by teens and thrown down the street and into the road. Crockery such as mugs / cups / plates are being smashed causing hazards for tyres and animal paws.
This has been ongoing for the past couple of weeks, with more items being put out every couple of days.

Large dangerous pothole, 22nd April
Deep pothole on the approach to the roundabout in close proximity to the give way bollards. Requires urgent action. Previously reported in March but doesn't appear to have been submitted to the council.

Cars parked right up to the junction on the end of Mayfield Road, 12th April
If it isn't cars then it is breakdown recovery trucks which are parked pretty much right to the junction of Chaddesden Park Road. The forces cars coming to the junction at the end of Mayfield Rd to be at the junction mouth on the wrong side of the road. Any cars trying to turn into Mayfield Road cannot do so

Dangerous Temporary Traffic Lights, 11th April
Temporary Traffic Lights only control 2 road movements Stores Road and Nottingham Road) and not the third coming from Sir Frank Whittle Road. Causing the situation where cars with a green light travelling from Nottingham Road onto Stores Road have potential for head on collision with traffic turning from Sir Frank Whittle towards Nottingham Road, against the red light on Stores Road, as it reduces to a single lane and there is no clear visibility between the 3 potential movements.

Problem parking, 9th April
21, John Berrysford Close now has 5 vehicles parked at the bottom of John Berrysford Close causing excess parking problems for the rest of the residents, it wouldn't be so bad but he is the only driver in the household.

Continuous poor surface on bridge over A52,, 31st March
This problem with the road surface has been there for YEARS. the bridge over A52 at the end of Highfield lane chaddesden. The ramp on the bridge,the Costco side ramp is a continuous pot hole,the condition unimaginable. This problem as been reported before but nothing is ever repaired by yourselves.

Damaged Manhole cover? Pothole, 16th March
Location might not be excact, the speed restriction reducing the traffic to single lane is the exact place. There is a cone already there but nothing has been done for months and tarmac is now being broken off around the area creating further damage and presume damaging vehicles that can't avoid the hole

Poor road surface opposite fuel station, 3rd March
Poor road surface ,if traveling from chaddesden lane to Lidl,a cyclists must give a signal to turn right,a hand as to be removed from the handlebars, no way can this be done safely as a person would be thrown off with the many bumps,in a car possibly unnoticed on a bike dangerous, especially with the speed of traffic

Many cracks on bridge /chequers road, 3rd March
Pot holes on full length of bridge, long and wide enough for cycle wheels to get efftively trapped in the groove. Namely on ramp chequers road side. Been like this for years,see it everyday on my commute to work,progressively getting worse,eventually resulting in myself losing my balance on a hole. Path so poor gives me an headache just riding on it
