Slippery road surface, 15th February
The exit off the roundabout entering the A38 in the direction of Ripley, the corner and the hill climb feels slippy. Perhaps a build up of oil or some spillage here has caused this section of the road to become less grippy. Needs cleaning or resurfacing perhaps.

I have reported this to Derbyshire County Council via their website several weeks ago and nothing happened. Getting worse. Another pothole nearby. Cars swerving to avoid near parked cars on street. Also been reported by several neighbours.

14" pothole neat the last speed hump before Church Lane, 4th January
This pothole has been there for approx. 3 weeks and is directly on the near side wheel of a vehicle or cycle

Huge pot hole before the crossing for golfers on morley lane, 10th December
Not sure how long its been here but its a narrow road so hard to avoid if other cars are passing. Caused my tyre to blow and was stood waiting for the RAC at night as an alone female.

The New Pedestrian Lights that National Highways installed approximately a year ago are not working. These lights are on the main footpath/cycleway over the A38. It has been reduced to 50 mph here but this is a very dangerous place to cross the road

Blocked Drain/Tunnel, 2nd November
Following the recent floods in Breadsall Village a few days ago, I have observed a blockage at a large concrete tunnel which protrudes out from under the A38 and connects up to Dam Brook which runs through the Breadsall village. The blockage is on the title plan ref DY83318 which according to HMLR belongs to (20.08.2015) PROPRIETOR: NATIONAL HIGHWAYS LIMITED (Co. Regn. No.09346363) care of The Company Secretary, Bridge House, 1 Walnut Tree Close, Guildford GU1 4LZ and care of National Property Management and Disposal, Ash House, Falcon Road, Sowton, Exeter EX2 7LB and of [email removed] we want to avoid further flooding in Breadsall Village could you please come and fix this issue please.

Large concrete duct that goes under A38 is completely blocked and is going to cause flooding, 2nd November
I have contacted Severn Trent and sent photos . They have said it is HA issue. I have photos etc. Land location is as marked on title plane belonging to HA ref DY83318. This is going to cause a major flood risk if it isn't cleared. if you can email me I will send pictures etc. This has been building over the last week and is now urgent.

Sign missing, 29th September
The sign directing drivers onto the A38 south up Abbey Hill when leaving the Little Eaton Island roundabout has been knocked over and is now missing. According to Google maps streetview the sign was there in 2014! Drivers who are not from that area have no indication where that roundabout exit leads.
