200mm deep x1000mm wide and 1600mm long hidden in a puddle., 27th December
This has been worsening for several months. Re appears very year, breaks wheels and ruins tyres. Incurs costs of repairs and untold loss of commuters time. Please fix and fix permanently.

Various deep holes, 17th May
Various deep holes where people park and make worse when visiting the farm they are on a country lane and becoming unavoidable and very dangerous as they are enough to pop tyres

Very large deep square hole forming around a drain , it's dangerous as it on the bend and becoming unavoidable without having to drive on the opposite side slightly. Blind bend so it's risky.

Dog foul bins, 13th March
All of the bins on Bellway & David Wilson estate are overflowing with dog foul bags, they are so full they are now all on the ground and blowing around the estate in the wind - this happens often and they have been overflowing for nearly 2 weeks now.

2 x Deep large pot hole in road, 23rd December
These pothole has formed and got worse over the last 2 months and they get worse daily from all the HGVs and traffic that use that road

Really bad road errosion on both sides of the dip its very dangerous, 19th December
Road is eroding causing massive holes on both sides of the dip in the hill holes are as big as two car tyres laid down.
Will ause damage to vehicles 100% but could cause serious harm. They are becoming unavoidable.

202 Henhurst Hill, 12th July
The property pictured has now been empty for 6 to 8 weeks with no maintenance. The garden is starting to get overgrown and although surveys and pictures have been taken there is no outward sign of it being marketed. I believe the property has been bought by a developer with a view to demolishing it to provide access to the fields to the rear (subject to planning permission ). Given the time scales I am of the opinion the property may be left to degrade and what can be seen is a start to this process (The front of the property has been kept reasonably tidy by a neighbour to avoid drawing attention to it being empty). I am aware this is very early in the process but it could very quickly get out of hand, hence the report.

The bin was put in recently and since it was installed it has not been emptied. The waste bags are now being left on top and around the base. This is a children’s play area so it is a health hazard. It has been reported to Bellway but no action has been taken

Between Grange Farm and Belmot Green there is a tree lined hollow. A dead tree about midway through is now at an angle of nearly 90 degrees. It looks lower everyday. The tree is on the right hand side if you are travelling from Tutbury., 5th October
The tree looks as if will fall into the road and possibly cause a landslip. Too dangerous a piece of road to stop and take photographs.

Continuous mud on road., 5th October
There are new houses about to be built off Shobnall Road in Burton, the contractors have left a trail of thick mud and debris along the road, presenting a danger to road users. The work has only recently started but with the weather being wet it will not get any better if it is not addressed quickly.

Tree branches overhanging pavement., 4th June
The speed camera on Henhurst Hill, Burton is blocked by overhanging branches which render it useless as a visual deterrent and blocks it from working as a speed camera.
