Signing blocking view making it difficult to join A38, 2nd November
Coming out of the Starbucks/hotel on the A38, there is a large sign (roadworks one, perhaps) blocking the view to oncoming traffic. It’s making it very difficult join the carriageway safely as you need to sit further back to see anything and it’s still not very clear.

Good Morning all, we have done a land check on the area of woodland between the A38 and Efflinch lane and has come back as your responsibility and not SCC Time is running out to use tractor and flail due to nesting bird season so please can you organise this to be cut as soon as possible?

Slip road at Catholme joining the A38 south badly worn., 21st April
The slip road is badly rutted and worn and has been getting worse for at least 6 months. It makes joining the A38 , which is a very busy road , quite dangerous as it impedes you gaining speed to merge safely into the traffic.

When is summer?, 12th July
Can someone from the controlling body confirm when ' summer' actually is. The road to be repaired in summer signs have be present for over work months to placate the local road users when in fact that is needed is the repairs completed.I assume that when the works are carried out, the surfacing choice and geometry of the road will be thought through carefully or this abhorent issue will merely re-presented itself in two years time when the quarry trucks have spragged the surface again.

Pothole punture, 3rd April
Hit this pothole today and its has burst my car tyre, called out recovery to put my spare on and have been told i will need a new tyre and the pothole has scuffed my alloy. The location is De13 8et just before the zebra crossing. Not sure of damage cost yet will be going to a garage tomorow for repairs.
