Badly overgrown, 13th July
The footpath between Barton Turns and Branston have a lot of overgrown sections, particularly the section between the 2 sliproads at Barton Turns. Many people walk and cycle along this footpath and this is causing a danger that someone could fall into the carriageway.

Built up of slit on slip road, 24th November
Due to built up of slit along the kerb line and slip road it's blocked the gullies long the slip road, the gullies has been reported. Due to the built up of slit its caused flooding on the slip road This needs sweeping and cleaning

Signing blocking view making it difficult to join A38, 2nd November
Coming out of the Starbucks/hotel on the A38, there is a large sign (roadworks one, perhaps) blocking the view to oncoming traffic. It’s making it very difficult join the carriageway safely as you need to sit further back to see anything and it’s still not very clear.

Cycle path A38 barton under needwood to branston, 8th September
The cycle path is almost unusable with debris , hedges over grown. the path is so narrow at some points its almost as though you have to go on the A38, this has been ongoing for 3 years i cycle to work from barton under needwood to branston everyday i get punctures weekly , last week i had a scratch down one side of my face due to overgrown hedgerows, there is a great deal of debris and mud , i am now please asking you to do something about it before there is a serious accident , i myself have no other means of getting to work , i have had to get a taxi when i get a puncture, its comming up to winter and its really bad in winter with mud and debris especially in the dark. i see you have a part on your site where you can claim compensation i feel if this isnt resolved soon i will be making several claims, i have emailed in the past and had no reply
