Health and Safety at Housebuilding site, 14th November
The breaches of health and safety at this new home builders site is breathtaking. Very heavy ten feet long scaffolding fencing was lifted up by a single worker to another single worker operating on the top floor. Both of them were at the very limited of their lifting ability. No gloves, hat or hi vis was worn by either worker. They really do need a visit.

Over hanging trees, 13th September
The trees overhang the road making it hard for vehicles to pass! Street lighting is covered directly outside my house! South Derbyshire say from my house down they are not responsible! Someone has a duty of care to the public! A dustbin lorry knocked a branch down, just missing my car!

Speed sign not secure, 2nd August
The 40 speed sign has been loose for several months and is resting on the hedge. Last week the hedges were cut and the tractor cutting arm was knocking it around.
It is obviously very unstable and a strong gust of wind could blow it into the road and onto a vehicle causing an accident so it needs re concreting into the ground securely.

Gate off Bishops Gate to the Woodville Recreation Ground, 24th June
The gate leading onto the recreational ground has no proper footpath onto the recreational ground someone nearly tripped now should this has happened I am sure that this would of caused some serious injury. Now I do not know if this belongs to the District Council or the Parish council. This needs to have some serious work done to it to make it safe for the public.

Weight Limit not being adhered too, 24th June
I see on a regular basis Artic lorries going down Moira Road although it is a 7.5T weight limit road. There are a lot of children that use this road to get from their house to Granville/Woodville Junior school and I can potential see someone getting knocked over. This road need to have some regular adhoc check done to ensure that those trucks involved don't use the road.

Cars are parking on the edge of chapel st, 11th June
Cars are parking so close to the edge of the corner to pull into chapel street and you have to reverse onto the main road if there is a car coming in the opposite direction. Very dangerous parking. Also there is a van that sometimes parks on the edge as well. This is also parked opposite bishops gate. Which is also in a bad parking area
