Unlicensed scrap collecting, 19th October
This vehicle stopped on the other side of the road from my mother and fathers house at 1.53pm this afternoon and asked the householder who is having work done on his house if he was interested in getting rid of the scrap metal that was left outside.
These individuals I believe come from the Oakwood Farm private traveller site at Tamebridge just outside Stokesley and they do not have a peddlars licence I have reported this to North Yorkshire Police who have made a note of it for intelligence purposes. The registration of the van is NX66 KZA.

Road is really bad condition, 31st January
Potholes, bad surface and lots of issues. I've requested since 2010 for a resurface, it is used for school daily and a rat run for everyone to get to the Spar village shop.
It desperately needs resurface. It's damaging car suspension.

Overflowing rubbish bin, 7th July
Hi.
The bin on the Hutton Rudby Playing Field is overflowing. I’m not saying that all the rubbish belongs to the travellers that have taken up residence here but there are three plastic rubbish sacks next to the overflowing bin.
I’ve reported this to my district councillor Bridget Fortune.

Roadwork traffic lights causing issues, 11th December
The roadwork traffic lights located on Garbutt's lane adjacent to SPAR do not have a traffic light control at SPAR. The skip is also on the road meaning that you are unable to see the traffic coming through the traffic lights and who has priority and it is pot luck as you are not able to see the cars coming. The traffic lights should be better arranged and include full control - also the skip should not block the visibility of those exiting.

Electricity works with no permit number, 26th March
Significant excavations being Carried out by electricity board however on all of the emergency number signs the permit number is missing from all boards. I thought they were obliged to display a permit number for their works?
