Approx 6 inch on speed hump, 12th February
Pot hole has been here for 2 week and gotten considerable worse. Approx 6 inches deep, however with speed bump makes going over the bump very difficult

Parking on pavement, 6th August
This car is repeatedly parking on the footpath thus restricting the use of walking aides prams and other mobility aids also parking over dropped curbs so using mobility aids is impossible

Footpath disappearing to ditch, 10th September
The footpath is becoming dangerous to pass on the corner especially for my dog and toddler. It is a big drop into this ditch and drain and could be even worse with slippy mud and full of water

Road has lifted and causing cars to go on the rong side of the road there will be a crash soon and its damaging peoples cars

Huge pothole and dip in the road due to leaking water across the width of the road. Very dangerous and highly likely to cause damage to vehicles

Lamp not working 1882 it has no number on but it up from 1881 up from cemetery cottages you still haven't put number plat on since 12 year ago when I started reporting these lamps when they go off

Rats in old council yard Queen Street, 13th September
The disused land in Queen Street that was the old council yard has been left overgrown and as a result has become overrun with enormous rats which are running into the properties of neighbouring homes in Commercial Street Crook. The council should maintain this land in order to prevent this happening. The rats are well established and there are hundreds of them

Large pothole outside number 2 high terrace. It's hard to avoid due to road being narrow with parked cars.

There is a huge pothole in the road outside number 16 High Terrace. It's very deep and probably about 30cm wide, big enough to damage suspension.

Speed Humps, 31st May
The speed humps going down the bank are corroding on either side meaning that the hump is catching the underside of cars. The tarmac is broken up and soon may be impassible especially to emergency vehicles. Photo shows them on google earth. They are much worse than this now!
