Plastic barriers, metal barriers and traffic cones on the river bank.
There has been some work carried out by the highways department and it looks like most of the barriers and cones that were in use have slid down the bank towards the river. The area of the river bank is where the traffic lights are on the back road from Frosterley to Stanhope.
The barriers and cones should be removed.

Play Park, 6th August
The play park surface is covered in moss and therefore as soon as you stand on it you slip over. This has happened to a number of people I know, including myself. Really dangerous. Either remove the moss (steam clean) or replace it with wood chips or similar.

On Thursday 20th Oct your work men dumped the contents of cement mixer on road and down main drain while constructing foundations at child play area opposite Waterside Court Stanhope.

Parking, 26th March
No 1 Martin Street is a business centre. the number of people working in the building has grown rapidly from 10, 5 years ago to about 50 today.
All of these people wish to park in Martin St which is making the life of the residents particularly difficult, in addition we are told there are proposed double yellow lines in the Front St. Currently Residents cannot use our street between 9.00 and 5.00.
We need help! please consider residents only parking or provide a parking area for the business centre.

Today I had to drive around Wear Valley and found a number of traffic signs are obscured by vegetation.
