The occupier of Bowes Gate has created a hard surfaced car parking area adjacent to the highway, on the highway verge, without planning permission and in such a manner as to create a traffic hazard for road users. The location is close to a skew bridge with limited visibility and high levels of fast traffic. Bowes Gate has parking within its own property for 4 vehicles
