Long delay, 31st January
Set of temporary traffic light for pedestrian crossing. Sign posted for pedestrian crossing and they don't seem to be doing anything else (no other junctions). Someone has set the wait time to about 5 minutes per crossing. Causing traffic past the theatre and back past the church on yarm road/hundens lane.
