Street lights not working, 7th November
I have reported this problem to you several times. The street lights are off on the majority of the road. It is extremely dark and creating a health and safety problem. Can you please tell me if you public liability insurance covers you for incidents of attack or accident while these remain out and unrepaired? I have reported this via telephone and email.

Street lights not working for 4 weeks, 31st October
The street lights for CA289LY stopped working 4 weeks ago. I contacted you by phone 2 weeks ago to inform you and express my concern for the health and safety of children and families on the road. It is pitch black and dangerous. Tonight, on Halloween, groups of children are out in dark clothing, crossing roads and approaching homes in complete darkness. It is completely unacceptable and creates a huge community health and safety risk. Why haven't you fixed this?
