Deep pothole in flood water, 28th December
Whilst riding my bike at slow speed through flood water my front wheel sank into a deep pothole throwing me over the handle bars into the floodwater causing injuries to my left leg just above the knee, a chipped tooth & a stiff upper left arm & shoulder, there has been a long standing problem with a lack of drainage on this stretch of road causing the road to flood even with light rainfall. maybe if the drainage problem was fixed it would help prevent the potholes forming & in turn prevent accidents & more essentially injuries to vulnerable road users like cyclists. please help fix this issue asap

Cows with calves threatening walkers on Pennine Way, 4th June
The main Pennine Way long distance footpath goes through a field near Halsteads, north of Coatsike Farm near Dufton. Cows with young calves kept in that field at the beginning of June 2022 have been threatening walkers with their dogs, both hikers and local residents, surrounding them aggressively and unexpectedly (for long-distance hikers).
