Have reported to Lidl manager but he takes no responsibility says it's the Council hedgerows. Someone is purchasing the said bottles, drinking content and pushing empty into hedge. Half bottles of Vodka as sold in Lidl store.

Piccadilly Sq Cy, builders using safety railing for flyposting, 15th January
Caerphilly, Piccadilly Sq. Builders have attached many of their advertising boards to the safety railings on all the roads meeting at Piccadilly Sq.. Overflowing dog waste bins mean that people are leaving it on the floor, 29th December
All over Caerphilly, the dog waste bins are overflowing and people are being lazy and leaving the bagged waste by the bin.

There is a huge amount of rubbish, including drums of oil and wheely bins in the verge behind the castle view shops and the footpath. It looks disgusting and we’ve seen rats there previously.

Footpath alongside Caerphilly Castle, 4th November
Paving blocks removed at edge of path creating a trip danger to pedestrians, and geese. Any chance of a temporary fix, eg lump of tarmac, until can be resolved properly at later date ? Many elderly folk will be using this path this coming week-end 12 November 23 to attend Remembrance Service at Cenotaph. High risk of trip/broken limbs ?
