Saturday 20/04/2024 at approx 15.30 Two men dumped a lorry load of burnt wood on derelict ground behind my home. They said they would be back to tidy it up but they never returned. They said they have permission from the landowner to store materials there. It looks an eyesore and a fire risk.

Stream leak is causing a constant river down the street, 18th April
There’s a small stream next to the street, I believe its now leaking straight down the street.. This is causing the whole street to get extremely dirty, it never dries up and I believe it is what is causing huge potholes at the bottom of the street. Can this be looked at asap please.

Multiple 2ft+ potholes, near railway bridge, 18th April
The council came to ‘fix’ some huge potholes in my street a couple of weeks ago.. All they did was chuck some gravel in the holes, now they are twice the size, the whole lane is absolutely bogging with mud and gravel. The whole section of tarmac needs redoing as soon as possible, its starting to damage my new car and I’ll be sending the invoices straight to the council if this isn’t rectified. The photos attached are from just a day after it was fixed. They’re much larger now.

Horrendous potholes that need fixing asap, 27th March

Over grown tree, 9th June
The trees owned by Caerphilly council on Gelliwen street are growing into gardens on green hill close and causing pressure on the fence. Can then please be cut back

This pothole ruins my car!, 27th April
Please can this pothole have a permanent fix. It gets ‘filled’ every 2/3 months and comes back bigger every time. Its a thin dead end lane so there’s no way around it. Would like it fixed asap please!

Pavement completely blocked, 24th July
Number 28 Trosnant Crescent Penybryn Hengoed CF82 7FU. Everyday this household parks a car completely on the pavement. I had to walk in the road with three young children. It’s an everyday event.

Hedges and parking, 18th July
I would like to ask why the hedges have not been cut around the entrance to Oaks End Close, Glyngaer. it is so dangerous to pull out of the opening from Oaks End Close onto the main road as the trees and bushes there are so thick and also the cars parked around the entrance, I am surprised there has not been an accident there yet, especially when the school starts and ends. could you please reply and let me know. Thousands of stone chippings, 17th June
Motorists and cyclists please be careful when travelling in the area around Penalta Park, and onto Nelson, in both directions. of the A742, i.e, the top of 'Nelson Rd'. A surface 're-dressing' has occurred nearly 2 full weeks ago and, as usual, no sweeping of the road has occurred (or at east it appears that way), and still thousands of chips remain to potentially pepper your car and/or strike your windscreen or strike you on a bike. You wonder how hard is it, after nearly two weeks, to just sweep the remaining thousands of loose, remaining stones away which have not been embedded into the road by now?

My neighbour's son opposite my house at number 5 Newton Close parks his car opposite to my driveway making it extremely difficult or sometimes impossible for me to park my own car down my own driveway, 3rd May
As above - I live at number 3 Newton Close, my neighbour lives at number 4 Newton Close. But it is his son(s) who park uncaringly. This problem has existed for a long time. But I am now totally fed up with it.
