Large holes in paving where trees used to be., 20th December
There are two lines of trees planted in paved area next to the oval basin, however some are missing. It has been like this for quite a while and the holes where the trees were are quite dangerous as they are a definite trip hazard. They are also hard to see in the dark as the lighting is poor. Replacing the trees or properly capping the hole would fix this.

The metal cover (over the expansion gap?) seems to be loose and sounded like it was flying up as I cycled over it. They all need checking and ideally replacing as they have dangerous gaps along the edges that could cause trips or catch a bike wheel

Bags of Rubbish dumped in the street. Wheelie bins left out in the street and not returned to within property boundary. Flats 9 - 14 in Kirkby Court not disposing of their kitchen waste correctly. Brown wheelie bin used for general rubbish and therefore not emptied.

Management company cutting silver birches, 15th May
The management company of this private complex are cutting our trees against the wishes of many owners - see attached pictures the mess the gardening company are making when hacking these trees. Also there are bats around here and I’m sure bats live in them.
