Fly tip in layby just off road, 26th April

Street light not lighting outside 12 Mount Pleasant., 24th August
Our only street light has not been working for a week now. There are elderly people living in this street that has daily care, and I myself are on call at night to my elderly neighbour. Not only am I frightened of falling myself, but is is dangerous.

Flooding, 12th December
Whenever it rains you cannot safely cross the road at the designated pedestrian crossing point due to severe flooding on the road that forms a large puddle along the road and across the junction of library Road. It happens every time there is a lot of rain.

Abandoned Vehicle, Causing Huge Amounts of Traffic Issues, 16th September
There is an Orange MPV type vehicle parked on the main road, that causes huge traffic issues either way of the main road into Canterbury. Also there is a school at the top of the hill that creates traffic issues often with kids running around. Each house along that road has a driveway so if it does belong to someone along there then there is no need to park on the road,

Hedge on pavement blocking view of traffic, 5th September
When coming out of Headcorn drive into Farleigh Road there is a hedge growing outwards from the fence which is hindering the sight of traffic coming from the mini-roundabout. Cars come quickly down the road from the roundabout and cannot be seen because of this uncut hedge.

These McDonalds fast food bags were thrown into the hedgerow within 10 yards of a litter bin from a Silver Peugeot hatchback reg PY06 JXT. This is a persistent problem.

Large potholes on left side of road, unavoidable when driving, 15th September
The potholes have been there for a long while now and when other cars are driving down the hill it is hard to swerve to miss them. On Friday 7th September at around 7:30pm I was on my way driving to Herne Bay, when I hit a large pothole which I couldn’t avoid, this caused my tyre to burst and pull over and change with my spare wheel. When speaking to a garage to repair the tyre or replace they have also told me that the wheel was bent due to the damage so they were not able to use my old wheel. I had to buy a new wheel and tyre and don’t believe I should have had to do so due to the damage on the road which was caused by this pothole. I have an image of my wheel with the damage.

Disabled Parking Bay space outside house, (not in use?), 31st August
The house opposite the main Bus Stop in Tenterden Drive CT2 7BJ (by the bottle bank) was sold in April 2017. The previous owner was disabled. However since then the disabled bay outside the house doesn't seem to be utilised.. Can enquiries be made to see if it can be removed as we are short of parking spaces. Thank you
