Potholes, 13th March
This is dangerous. I have attempted to speak with you on the phone but can't get through. You have a duty to repair the damage identified on this.part of the road. Someone will.be seriously injured or die if its left unrepaired. Please can someone just get out from behind a desk and take a look. You meed to see it to believe it.

Traffic light does not work for motorcycle, 7th March
When waiting for the lights to change exiting Lydden to travel coastbound to Dover, the lights do not change when on a motorcycle. They are permanently stuck on red when waiting at these lights to cross the A2 carriageway on a motorcycle. Traffic lights allow you to cross 4 lanes of traffic across the A2.
It will only change for a car or heavier vehicle. This is extremely dangerous for motorcyclists on a very dangerous stretch of road.

Road cracking up, 26th November
Massive road cracks at the top of Lydden Hill joining A2. The surface is that bad it will cause damage to vehicles. It is deadly for motorcyclists. This part of the road has been getting worse for some months and needs urgent repair. Thank you

Continued build up of refuse on the A2 roadside next to my field., 1st November
Nobody removes this third world eyesore trash, excrement, ruined in bottles, food waste, cans human excrement etc etc! it continues to build up from one year to the next. Last time when I eventually got on the radio to create some noise and shamed the local councils and highways, everybody became more interested 10 or 20 odd 8 wheel lorry loads of waste were cleared before a fence was built which has now mainly rotted away.

Traffic light sequence appears incorrect, 22nd October
The sequence of the lights exiting from Lydden Hill onto the A2 appears incorrect. You can sit there for in excess of 90 seconds with no traffic on the A2 and the lights do not change to green

On the slip road there a line, 16th August
On the slip road there a line where the tarmac was and is not now . coming off the a2 slowing down this line needs to be look at as as we come off at this turning we found that when you are on a motorcycle and the front wheel catches this line you end end with a wobble and with turning left could be very dangerous if someone has not seen it or is filled with rain water as it was when i got went into it. this problem has got worse over time and i feel now it needs to be looked at as a safety issue for bikers more then 4 wheels vehicle

Multiple Potholes joining A2 from Lydden Hill. Kent County Council have inspected the site and say it's a National Highways problem and needs urgent repair. Some very shoddy past repairs haven't worked.

Vegetation obscuring view of oncoming traffic for those turning right towards Coldred in cross-over junction, 17th May
The vegetation needs to be cut back urgently - it is impossible to view oncoming traffic when crossing towards Coldred in a low car. This is a very fast road and visibility is key to safety.

Traffic light stay on red for a long time, 4th January
Over the past few weeks we have noticed the time it takes the traffic lights on the for the right turn onto the Lydden Hill from the A2 (driving from Canterbury) to turn green from red is getting longer, even when no traffic is coming towards us, they stay on red for ages.
